FORMA REVENUE OPERATIONS

Keep the Recovery System Working After the Sprint

Keep the Recovery System Working After the Sprint

Revenue Operations is the continuation for home-service companies that have already identified a meaningful problem, recovered the strongest opportunity, and now need the repaired workflow to stay visible, owned, and working.

Ongoing Revenue Operations normally begins after a successful Revenue Recovery Sprint or equivalent operational review.

ONGOING REVENUE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Keep Revenue Moving After the Leak Is Found

Keep Revenue Moving After the Leak Is Found

The Sprint attacks one meaningful recovery opportunity. Revenue Operations keeps the repaired handoffs visible, catches new exceptions, and helps your team maintain the habits that stop the same leak from returning.

Starting at $1,500 per month

Structured ongoing support for qualified businesses after a Sprint or equivalent review.

Forma reviews fit before offering an ongoing agreement. This is not a replacement for dispatchers, managers, or your existing software.

A Clear Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Cadence

A Clear Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Cadence

Every Week

Forma refreshes the exception list, identifies stuck calls, estimates, jobs, invoices, and follow-ups, reviews aging work, confirms ownership, flags overdue next actions, updates the dashboard, and sends a concise action summary. Your manager receives what is stuck, why, who owns it, and what happens next.

Every Month

Forma reviews the dashboard, runs one recovery, reactivation, or follow-up campaign, audits one operating area, updates one workflow or playbook, reviews software use, identifies one meaningful bottleneck, holds one management meeting, and reports what was found, fixed, booked, and collected.

Every Quarter

Forma recalculates baseline metrics, reviews the customer journey, rechecks installed workflows, identifies the next major constraint, updates 90-day priorities, reviews reporting needs, conducts a quarterly management review, and reports progress against baseline.

WHY ONGOING MANAGEMENT

A Process Is Not Fixed Just Because It Was Documented

A Process Is Not Fixed Just Because It Was Documented

Most operating improvements fail for predictable reasons. Employees return to old habits, software fields stop being completed, follow-up becomes inconsistent, managers stop reviewing exceptions, and the owner becomes the backup system again. Forma keeps the agreed process visible, measurable, and maintained after the initial repair.

Old Habits Return

Employees gradually stop following the new process.

Exceptions Go Unnoticed

Missed calls, stale estimates, incomplete jobs, and delayed invoices accumulate quietly.

Software Becomes Inconsistent

Statuses, notes, required fields, and automations are no longer used correctly.

Playbooks Become Outdated

The written process no longer matches how the company actually operates.

Managers Lose Visibility

Nobody can explain what is stuck, why it is stuck, or who owns the next action.

The Owner Becomes the Safety Net

When accountability is unclear, everything returns to the owner.

The Work Between the First Call and the Final Payment

Customer Inquiry → Booking → Estimate → Scheduling → Field Work → Job Completion → Invoice → Payment → Review → Repeat Customer

Lead Intake

Missed and abandoned calls, web inquiries, response times, unassigned leads, duplicate or incomplete records.

Booking & Qualification

Booking rates, incorrectly routed requests, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling patterns.

Estimate Follow-Up

Aging estimates, next actions, follow-up completion, lost-job reasons, and re-engagement opportunities.

Scheduling & Dispatch

Unassigned work, capacity gaps, poor handoffs, repeatedly moved jobs, and technician availability conflicts.

Job Completion

Open or incomplete jobs, missing documentation, pending approvals, return visits, parts, and customer decisions.

Invoicing & Collections

Completed work not invoiced, aging invoices, payment follow-up, authorization issues, and collection ownership.

Forma Revenue Operations

$1,500 per month

12-month initial agreement

Includes the Revenue Leak Sprint and first 90-day installation when contracted at the beginning; weekly exception review; monthly dashboard review; one monthly management meeting; one recovery or reactivation campaign; one workflow, playbook, reporting, or process improvement each month; quarterly review; updated 90-day priorities; email support for agreed workflows; and group implementation sessions when needed.

SHARED ACCOUNTABILITY

Forma Maintains the System. Your Team Still Operates the Business.

Forma Maintains the System. Your Team Still Operates the Business.

Forma Is Responsible For

Monitoring agreed workflows; maintaining dashboards and exception reporting; auditing process usage; updating approved playbooks; recommending software workflow changes; leading the monthly management review; running the included monthly campaign; identifying the next bottleneck; and reporting confirmed operational results.

Client Is Responsible For

Providing accurate records and access; assigning a management contact; responding to exceptions; ensuring employees perform assigned work; approving workflow changes; maintaining staffing; and making pricing, hiring, disciplinary, legal, tax, and financial decisions.

Forma improves the operating system. Forma does not become the employer, dispatcher, general manager, bookkeeper, collections department, legal counsel, or owner. Daily live management, individual training, full CRM migrations, paid advertising, payroll, recruiting, customer calls, emergency after-hours support, and guaranteed sales are not included unless separately scoped.

INSTALLATION PERIOD

The First 90 Days Build the Operating Foundation

The First 90 Days Build the Operating Foundation

Month 1: Confirm and Recover

Validate Sprint findings, establish baseline metrics, recover immediate opportunities, build exception reports, select priority workflows, and confirm management ownership.

Month 2: Install and Launch

Install playbooks, configure the agreed software workflow, launch dashboards, hold a group implementation session, begin live monitoring, and correct early adoption problems.

Month 3: Stabilize

Audit employee usage, correct inconsistent execution, update playbooks, review results against baseline, finalize the recurring rhythm, and set the next 90-day priorities.

Months 4–12 maintain prior improvements while solving the next highest-value operating constraint—from missed-call recovery and estimate follow-up to scheduling handoffs, job completion, invoicing, collections ownership, reactivation, retention, CRM compliance, and reporting accuracy. Forma does not individually train every employee; training is delivered through documented playbooks, recorded instructions, group sessions, webinars, or one scheduled team workshop when included in scope.

WHY A 12-MONTH AGREEMENT

Because Operational Improvement Has to Survive the Busy Season

Because Operational Improvement Has to Survive the Busy Season

A 30-day review exposes the problem. Ninety days installs the first repairs. The remaining months prove the process can survive turnover, seasonal demand, new customers, changing workloads, and everyday pressure. Months 1–3 find, recover, install, and stabilize. Months 4–6 improve adoption and fix the next bottleneck. Months 7–9 strengthen visibility and customer follow-through. Months 10–12 measure durability and define the next stage.

The agreement is not designed to trap the client. It is designed to give installed changes enough time to become normal business behavior.
